"I struggled for years with destructive, habitual behavior with food & eating. I then spent years exploring healing & movement modalities - as I tried to ignore I had a problem with food. Then, I came across a unique system of mindfulness (in which I've become a senior teacher) which, along with my other training, contributed to my gaining control over my eating and my weight - and my relationship to my body and myself)
I believe that I have developed a program to help you shift your relationship to food, to eating, to that judgmental thinking, and to the body in a way that is doable and feels good.
I am excited to finally be offering this course online.
I hope to work with you!"

So, yes, mindfulness is a key component to this work - and, yes, you will be guided in some guided meditation to develop certain skills - like the ability to be relaxed & focused - along with increasing sensory clarity!
But a great amount of our focus will be on applying mindfulness in action - so that you can better
integrate strategies & techniques at optimal moments within your present habit patterns
to more effectively facilitate a lasting change.
